  • Onboarding rebuild slips to Phase 4 so the team can focus on capture.

Open questions

Do we group the meeting list by week from day one, or ship flat and add grouping once we have feedback? Leaning flat for the MVP. We also still owe a decision on whether [MM:SS] timestamps in the transcript should seek the audio.
